Service Order Resolve By Date Not Populating

On : 12.2.4 version, Depot Repair and Service Request

The Service Order Resolve By date is not populating even there is an active Contract associated with the Service Order/Service Request

Expect to have Resolve by value populated automatically based on the Contract setup

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Contract coverage
2. Create Service Order which has active Contract covered
3. Check the Resolve by date field which is blank
