When a user clicks on the "Check Funds" option under the Actions Menu of the Invoice Workbench, the following error occurs:
1. Choose Payables Responsibility
2. Invoices > Entry > Invoices
3. Enter a New Invoice
4. Under Actions Menu choose "Check Funds" option
5. Find the error "HTTP-404 The webpage cannot be found"
