"Add Partial Shipment To Ship Group" Action Showing All Order Release Lines Which Doesn't Exists In Shipment

Symptoms
When performing Action >> Add Partial Shipment to Ship Group, showing all Order Release lines which doesn't exists on the Shipment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Only Respective Order Release Line should be shown only under respective Shipment ID.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
01. Shipment Management >> Group Management >> Shipment Group
02.Select a Shipment Group ID >> Action >> Shipment Management >> Manage Groups and Charges >> Add Partial Shipments to Group
03.Select New Shipment
04.In Shipments Finder enter Service Provider and perform Search
05.Select all the Shipment and press Finish.
06.In Add Partial Shipments to Group UI
07.Order Release which doesn't exists is displayed in on all the Shipment.
