Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Create Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When opening an SR without a individual owner in the ticket the service 'information' heading is being displayed as 'service information'


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
it should be corrected to 'information'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Support Specialist (R) -> Agent Dashboard
2. Create an SR. In the Create Service Request Page, Service 'Information' heading is being displayed as 'Service Information'. Also opening an SR without a individual owner in the ticket the service 'Information' heading is being displayed as 'Service Information' in the right side of the page
