Symptoms
An Integration Preference is created with non-default values (e.g. Weight: KG). This is assigned to an Out XML Profile, which is then assigned to a Service Provider. When a Tender is sent to the carrier, it is found that the values on the email are not displayed in the Preferences set.
If you review the Raw XML, however, the preferences are used on the XML.
