Mass Update Approver for Purchase Orders - Error when new approver approves the PO  

Ran the Mass Update for Approvers with the old approver an employee that was terminated, inactivated.
The new approver tried to approve the PO, but the workflow errored out since the original approver was inactive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Mass Update for Approvers with the old approver an employee that was terminated, inactivated.
2. Attempt to approve the PO
3. The error is generated
