On : 12.1.x version,

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Error (only) when creating or searching supplier

When trying to create supplier or search any supplier, the webpage hangs and then ends in error

ERROR

No backend server available for connection timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF error when creating supplier".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Searching for Supplier
2. The search takes very long to retrieve the records
3. When the Update button is clicked, the page buffers for long
4.After buffering for some time ends in the below error. This is also the case when creating a new supplier.
5. After entering the header information after clicking on Apply the page buffers for long and ends in the below error.
