Newly Published Content Is Not Visible In Knowledge Center

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When importing or publishing content to Knowledge Center, the title does not appear in the list of available titles.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1: In Developer, set groupbylms property to true for the title.
2: Publish or import the title to LMS.
3: Though the title publish/import attempt has succeeded, the title will not displayed in the list of titles.
