Symptoms


After an upgrade to E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.4, Purchase Order attachment icon shows that there is an attachment but when you click on the attachment no attachments are retrieved.



STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Navigate to the Enter PO Form and query the PO
  2. Notice the attachment icon in the upper window menu-showing there is an attachment
  3. Click on the icon-no attachments show up
