Costing Of Payment Did Not Include Voided Check (Doc ID 2130557.1)

Symptoms

Payroll checks were voided.  The 'Costing of Payment' process was run, but did not include any costing results from the voided checks.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : In US HRMS Manager > Run Quickpay > Prepayments > Archive > Check writer
2. Run Costing >Costing of Payment >Transfer to Ledger
3. Ran Reversal
4. Ran Void Check Payments and voided the check payment
5. Costing > Costing of Payment . See that Costing of Payment did not include Voided Check.
