Order With Multiple Config Lines Errors "Item XX Not Found In The BOM Of Model YY" (Doc ID 2130567.1)

When user adds multiple Model items through direct item entry page and configure it later from shopping cart, while placing order it errors out.
When user adds one model item and complete the configuration before adding the next model item, placing the order works fine.

Expected Behavior
Order placing shouldn't error out irrespective of the user selects model items together and configure later or do configuration one at a time.

1. Login to iStore
2. Add two Models using direct item entry page
3. Configure them
4. Place Order
5. Receive Error


1. Login to Quoting
2. Add a Model item to Quote but do not configure it yet
3. Add a second model to Quote but do not configure it yet
4. Configure first Model
5. Configure second Model
6. Place Order
7. Receive Error

Error Message

Error in Line: 1.1 :Item XX not found in the BOM of model YY
There is an error in order submission
