Interaction History Shows Two Interactions If the Interaction has Two Activities (Doc ID 2130602.1)

The Lease Center is displaying duplicate records in the Interaction History grid in the Overview tab of the Lease Center form.

Expect only one record to be displayed as there was only one Interaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Contract in the Lease Center
2. Click on the Green Traffic light in the application toolbar to start an Interaction.
3. Create a quick note in the Overview tab and save it.
4 Select the Tasks tab and create a new task & save it
5. Click on the now Red Traffic Light in the toolbar to end the Interaction. Enter any required fields and save.
6. Select the Overview tab. Duplicate entries are displayed in the Interaction History grid.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are given duplicate data.
