Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Planner's Desktop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a repair order from spares management, The sales order is created with 'Request date' and 'Date ordered' as sysdate

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expected that 'Request date' and 'Date ordered' would be the need by date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Spares management > planners desltop
2. select a defective subinventory.
3. Select parts list..
4. select a part and select 'repair part' button.
5. enter need by date. and create order
6. order is created with current date not need by date
