Symptoms
The CRT (Carrier Response Template) is not populating with the relevant data upon their creation.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon this last step/Action, the CRT should have been created with all the data fields populated, which is not happening.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Configure CRT
-Create Constraint Set
-Create Project (automatically creates Bid Round 1)
-Update Bid Round to reference CRT Configuration
-Create CRT
