Setting up Endeca configuration for HRMS using documentation manual:

Oracle® E-Business Suite Extensions for Oracle Endeca Integration and System Administration Guide: Release 12.1 V5.
There is the following step in Oracle Endeca Integration and System Administration Guide references the following:
" Set the HR Helpdesk Encryption key generation code with fnd_vault.put as the procedure and HRHD and CRYPT_KEY as the parameters".

How can one  tell if the Encryption Key is already registered? 

Is there a script to find the 'encryption key'?
