Symptoms
In EBS R12.2.5, when another EBS 12.1.3 session is opened in the same browser, Users are getting the error message:
"Error while invoking Main Menu. Application: FND, Message Name: FND_SESSION_MGR_INST_ERROR."
in navigator windows instead of responsibility list
1. The issue is reproducible 100% in all browsers IE 11 , Firefox 45 and Chrome 49 and for other PCs and other users.
2. R12.2.5 browser session getting this error if another R12.1.3 sessions was started in the same browser.
3. Issue is not reproducible if new session open in different browser.
4. Issue is NOT reproducible, when R12.2.5 and R12.1.3 hosted on separate servers. Only when R12.2.5 and R12.1.3 hosted on the same Linux server.
