WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD Trigger is Not Working on the PERACADR Address Form (Doc ID 2131278.1)

The WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger does not work at all on the address form regardless of what it would be used for.

Expect the WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger to fire an error if there are more than 30 characters.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using US Super HRMS Manager

2. N: People > Enter and Maintain

3. Query the employee

4. Click on the Address button

5. Create the personalization

6. Save

7. No error is received.


Set up of the personalization:

Function Name: PERACADR
Disable Telephone Entry
Limit Address Lines to 30 Characters

Trigger Object: ADDRESS
Condition: length(:ADDRESS_LINE1)>30 or length(:ADDRESS_LINE2)>30 or length(:ADDRESS_LINE3)>30

Processing Mode: Not in Enter-Query Mode

Message Text: Address lines must not exceed 30 characters in length.

Entered an address of well over 30 characters.

Expect to receive the following error:
"Address lines must not exceed 30 characters in length."
