OSN OAG To CXML PO Line Number Conversion Logic (Doc ID 2131437.1)

Goal

Why does the OAG to cXML conversion changes the PO Line Number from 1 in the OAG file to 101 in the cXML file? The conversion increments the cXML po line nmber by 100 for each of the PO lines (i.e. 1 to 101, 2 to 201, 3 to 301, etc).
