Purchase Order Form Hangs after Error Message - "Enter a Need-By Date or Promised Date for your planned item" (Doc ID 2131442.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Upon adding a new line to the current PO, Oracles will get hang after display the error message of "Enter a Need-By Date or Promised Date for your planned item". There is no way to exit the error message except going for a force close by closing the form.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected that the form  should not get Struck.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing.
2. Navigate to Purchase orders: Purchase orders.
3. Attempt to add a new line to the PO.
