Illegal Status Conversion In KR Contact Form

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Absence recording, maintenance in TEST instance

When attempting to employee or ex-employee as contact of an existing employee, the following error occurs.

FRM-40742: Illegal status conversion on record 1: INSERT to CHANGED while adding an employee or ex-employee as contact.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1)Login into KR HRMS Manager” responsibility
2)Search for the employee
3)Click on “Others” and select “Contact”
4)Click on New icon
5.)Search an existing employee or ex-employee as contact which needs to be added
6)Click the Relationship field to get error message,
