On : 12.2.5 version, Agent Dashboard

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Service Responsibility Setup page doesn't provide any filtering option.
As a result of that, is very difficult to administer the Service Responsibility Setup mapping when there are a high number of responsibilities defined.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be a filter option to search for certain specific record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Responsibility Setup page
2. There is no filter option available
