Using Purchasing, Version 12.1.3


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing the item description in the item master is not updating the iprocurement catalog.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The description should be updated in the iprocurement catalog


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. query the item in the item master.
2. change the item description
3. Check the iprocurement catalog and note the item description has not changed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the item description remains unchanged and is not displayed in iprocurement to the users.
The users are able to login and access the application - this is working.
