Purchase Order Summary Form Shows Duplicate Rows for Distributions of Blanket Releases (Doc ID 2132882.1)

Symptoms

Blanket Releases Distributions are displaying twice when viewing through the Purchase Order Summary form.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to the Purchase Order Summary form
2. Without entering the Operating unit, Query one Blanket Release and navigate to the Distributions window
3. See duplicate records of Blanket Release Distributions
