Defaulting the Attachment Category in Agent Dashboard Task Details Page To " Miscellaneous" (Doc ID 2133446.1)

When adding the attachments in the Agent Dashboard service request page, the category is defaulting as miscellaneous. But when we on Task and try adding an attachment there, it is showing all the categories in the drop-down.

Navigation: Customer Support Specialist(R) > Agent Dashboard > open any service request > task > create task > attachments > category.

How to defaulting the category option to miscellaneous?
