Invoice Tax amount needs to be rounded off automatically


 Steps to reproduce:
------------------------------------------------------

Current scenario: If supplier "ABC Supplier" has an invoice for 100 Rs, and tax on it is calculated by the system to be 12.50 Rs, then the total payment should be 112.50 Rs.

Expected : If supplier "ABC Supplier" has an invoice for 100 Rs, and tax on it is calculated by the system to 12.50 Rs, then it will round off the tax amount to 13 Rs making the total payment of 113 Rs.
