R12: CE: Limited Functionality - Internal Bank Account Data Security Cannot Be Set to All Rows (Doc ID 2133519.1)

Goal

We have nearly 100 LEs, and add another every month or so. The wizard has limited functionality, and cannot determine which LEs have already been added, and which are missing from the 'Add Legal Entities' search page. So any time an LE is added we have to recreate the grants (manually or using the wizard, each must be updated manually since the responsibility context field is not populated using the wizard), for all domestic and regional responsibilities, for each LE. Need 'All Rows' and 'Instance Sets' data security contexts to work on this page so setup across all responsibilities can be maintained systematically/ centrally.
