Symptoms

When trying to click next from cash and other expenses page receive the following error:

 "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended occurred in performDuplicateDetection with parameters (&PARAMETERS) while performing the following operation: ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72 ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_WEB_POLICY_UTILS", line 7643 ORA-06512: at line 1 "

Changes

Define a duplicate detection rule for Car Rental and click the check box for Merchant.

Enter information on the details page and enter the Merchant Name with an apostrophe ex. (Smith's Bar).
