WebAdi: Journals Upload 'Error' Displayed on Loading Large Journals Only

Web Applications Desktop Integrator (WebAdi)
Symptoms
Attempting to upload data to General Ledger through WebAdi. Click on 'Upload' button does not bring in the usual progress bar, instead the screen is just blank until finally 'Error' is displayed with no other details.
The upload works fine if the journal is split in multiple journals with smaller number of lines. This proves the data is fine and the issue is only there for a great number of lines.
<Note 2023974.1> was reviewed, it did not resolve the issue.
Fiddler logs / BNE logs / OHS logs have been reviewed. Sample of log:
Observe every upload failure was along with ModSecurity errors.

Upgraded to 12.2 and DB 11.2.0.4 recently
