Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Searching Item Instance or Sales Order number from Asset Tracking => Item Instance page, Duplicate rows of item instance displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Searching Item Instance or Sales Order number from Asset Tracking => Item Instance page, It should return unique item instance row.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Asset Tracking Super User, or Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility
2. Under Item Instance, Search using Item Instance Number or Sales Order Number
3. Search results section shows duplicate rows of item instance or sales orders.
