ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
adchkcfg.sh modifies listener.ora with an undefined variable "s_db_listener".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Script adchkcfg.sh is a tool for reporting potential updates for the next AutoConfig run, and should not update/change the instance listener file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Source the env file on DB-Tier and run adchkcfg.sh
${ORACLE_HOME}/appsutil/bin/adchkcfg.sh


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The instance is no longer usable once the listener.ora has been incorrectly updated.
