ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to run the "Tax audit trail report" it is not generating the correct output. The tax amounts are showing as 0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Tax audit trail report" should show the correct output instead of showing tax amounts as 0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an invoice with self assessed tax. Self Assess Tax - 15% (35% Recoverable, 65% Non-Recoverable)
2. Validate and create accounting for the invoice with final posting
3. Run the "Tax audit trail report"
4. The report output shows 2 lines. Line 1 has all zero amounts and Line 2 has an incorrect transaction amount with non-recoverable tax.
