The Oks_Import_Header_Pub.Update_Contract_Header API Fails to Update the Cognomen Field (Doc ID 2135563.1)

Symptoms

On  12.2.4 version, when attempting to update contract header known as field i.e Cognomen column using API, oks_import_header_pub.update_contract_header,  the API completed successfully

without any error but fails to update the Cognomen value.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Execute the API oks_import_header_pub.update_contract_header

Due to this issue, users cannot update Cognomen field using the API.
