"Bursting Generate Self Printed Payment Summary XML (Australia) (XML Publisher Report Bursting Program)" spawned from the parent program "Email Australian Payment Summaries" fails with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run "Email Australian Payment Summaries".
  2.  Child program "Bursting Generate Self Printed Payment Summary XML (Australia) (XML Publisher Report Bursting Program)" fails with the error.
