Failure Of Server APACHE Bridge Error While Approving Invoices (Doc ID 2135930.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Invoice Issues & MassAdd

When attempting to approve invoices, Once the approver is clicking on the approve button the system hangs for some time and the error page is opening.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of server APACHE bridge
No backen server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

The user has to re-login each time when the error occurs to continue with the work.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1: The user logs in to the application
Step 2:The approver clicks on ‘Full List’.
Step 3:The next screen opens up
Step 4: The approver checks checkbox next to multiple invoices 
Step 5: The approver clicks on ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ button
Step 5: The screen hangs and the error issue comes up
