Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Batches
When attempting to Unrelease a parent batch with phantoms, with no actual quantities for the ingredients, answering No to the question about recreating reservations,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

No transactions found
This appears to be because the batch, which is a parent and contains two phantom batches, has no transactions or actual qty for the first phantom ingredient, yet that phantom batch does have a transaction and actual qty for the phantom product.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unrelease batch, answering No to the question about recreating reservations
