Migrated Transaction Raise ORA-1403 When Clicking On Sales Credit Button (Doc ID 2136278.1)

Generic problem
For upgraded transactions, user receives “ORA-1403: no data found” error when attempting to click on the Sales Credits button in Transactions form.
