ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using Internet Explorer Version 11.0.9600.18097 to create a Knowledge Base article the buttons on Editor page are broken. All recommended patches for IE11 have been applied. Additionally, Though IE11 runs in either compatibility mode or normal mode, the buttons are still broken

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the buttons rendered correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Email center Administrator
(N) Knowledge Base -> Editor
The buttons:
-Clear
-Preview
-Publish
-Insert

are broken
