Symptoms

When trying to logon into Fusion Expenses mobile application using private ROOT SHA2 certificates, the following error is displayed:

Login failed. Please ensure that the server name, user name and password are correct

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up mobile apps per MOS Note 1625446.1 "Oracle Fusion Expenses iOS/Android App for Internet Expenses"
2. Attempt to log in from a mobile device
3. Error occurs
