Your Receipt Could Not Be Created Successfully Because the Receiving Transaction Manager Timed Out Error in iProcurement (Doc ID 2137023.1)

Problem Statement
When attempting to receive internal requisition in iProcurement, the following error happens


  1. The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.
  2. Your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager timed out. Please retry or contact your system administrator for further assistance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. iProcurement -> Receiving
  2. Create the receipt
  3. Submit in "Review and Submit" page
    - the error occurs
