Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to receive internal requisition in iPro, the following error happens

Error

  1. The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.
  2. Your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager timed out. Please retry or contact your system administrator for further assistance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. iPro(T)Receiving->Receiving
  2. perform receiving
  3. the error happens in "Review and Submit" page
