When attempting to import ASN by Inbound Ship Notice/Manifest (ASNI 856) from E-Commerce Gateway
the following error occurs.

Warning: The lpn group id is missing, invalid, or could not be derived. The warning is associated with column_name LPN_GROUP_ID.
The ASN import fails because of this condition.
