In 12.1.3 open Attachment page with following navigation,
Address Book > Sites > Identification Tab > Click on Attachments and another webpage opens. On this page following columns are shown:
Last Updated By
Publish to Catalog
In 12.2.5, with same navigation, when clicked on Attachments another page does not open up, instead an Inline Attachment page is opened which does not have the columns like Last Updated By and Last Updated date. Audit team may need these columns.
