Task ID Is Not Passing While Opening A Task In Agent Dashboard Page And Results In Error (Doc ID 2138005.1)

Symptoms

When we are trying to open any tasks from Agent Dashboard page under Tasks queue, getting the below error.

Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
