R12 : How do we add a new location or update an amount on Per Diem Rates ?
For instance, users have a Schedule Name: XXX - Per Diem Policy
Inside this schedule, there is a period name: "01/01/2015"
The period name is where the city locations and per diem rate information is populated
Currently, user "end dated" the Period Name "01/01/2015"
User duplicated the period name "01/01/2015" and named the new schedule "02/01/2016", and made updates to some per diem rates on the new schedule
If users have new locations or updates to amounts, how do they process it?
Users noticed that when they add a new location, they have to populate per diem rates in both period name files. This does not seem appropriate.
Should users duplicate this schedule instead of the Period Name?
