Error : Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation Unable To Reschedule OPM Batch

User is trying to reschedule a batch but getting an error message like 'Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation'.

Issue occurs for only one batch and cannot be reproduced . Is there any workaround ?
