R12: OIE: Mobile Expense Attachment JPG Is Not Clear After Downloading or When Auditing

On : 12.1.3 version, Expenses Audit and Receipt Management

During Auditing of expense reports submitted through Fusion Mobile Expenses, the auditors see a poor image quality. When capturing an image with Mobile Expenses, the preview is clear, but after selecting "Use Photo" the app appears to downgrade the image resolution and the resulting image is fuzzy and sometimes unreadable.

The image attachment type 'Photo' should not downgrade the resolution and clarity of the image.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an expense report via the Fusion Mobile Expense app.
2. Add an attachment.
3. The preview of the attachment is clear,
4. Select "Use Photo" from the preview form.
5. The image is downgraded in quality resulting in an image that is fuzzy and sometimes unreadable.
