Symptoms
When attempting to process pending transactions, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Transaction processor error |Error: The material pick release and pick
confirm process completed with errors.|A reservation record with the same
item, organization, demand souce,
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will with the following steps BUT can see the error
1. Inventory > Transactions > Pending transactions
2. Choose organization
3. Query with process flag = Error
