Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In the iOS mobile expense app version 4.0.6, the client would like to the Header Level attachment option disabled and the Line Level attachment option enabled.

The Oracle package and function AP_WEB_MOBEXT_PKG..EnableAttachments (which is a Custom Client Extension that checks if Attachments
are to be enabled on the device) has been modified.

AP_WEB_MOBEXT_PKG..EnableAttachments is a Custom Client Extension has the following values listed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- Custom Client Extension to check if Attachments are to be enabled on the device
-- Change the Return Value to
-- 'B' To enable attachments at header and line
-- 'H' To enable attachments only on the header
-- 'L' To enable attachments only on the line
-- 'N' To disable attachments
-- Default is 'B'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Client has tried the values 'N' and 'L'. But, neither the 'N' or 'L' value will disable the Header Attachments button on the device.
The value needed is 'L'. The expectation is that the Header Level attachment option will be disabled and the Line Level attachment option will be enabled with this setting.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The value needed is 'L'. The expectation is that the Header Level attachment option will be disabled and the Line Level attachment option will be enabled with this setting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update AP_WEB_MOBEXT_PKG..EnableAttachments with value 'N' or 'L'. But, neither the 'N' or 'L' value will disable the Header Attachments button on the device.
2. start IOS mobile expense app and find that Header level attachments are available
