Performance Issue When Adding Service Lines to Contracts (Doc ID 2138375.1)

When adding new Service Lines to a Service Contract, saving is taking over 2 minutes.

1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Open a Service Contract.
3. Navigate to the Lines tab.
4. Add a new Service Line.
5. Click Save. It is taking 2+ minutes to save.
