E-Business Suite - Knowledge Management: Page Hangs When Creating New Solution After CSK Patch (Doc ID 2138400.1)

Symptoms

Application hangs when creating a Solution, clicking in Categories.
Tested with different users and saw the same issue.

Steps:

(R) Knowledge Management
(N) Create Solution
 
 - Start creating a new solution
 - Entered Solution title, statement summary and detail.
 - When user clicks on Categories the application hangs.

What Has Changed:

After applying the Patch 22530103:R12.CSK.C - CSK:BUG FIXES FOR FEB CONSOLIDATED.

What is Working:

If I select the Category before entering the Statement summary and details I can complete the flow with no issues.
