Unable to perform the cancel order in iStore


When trying to click on the 'Cancel Order' button in the iStore Order Tracker, the following error is returned after selecting the proper cancel reason and comments:


ERROR

Error: We are unable to process your order cancellation request. Please contact a sales representative to cancel this order.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the iStore responsibility (IBE_CUSTOMER)
2. Choose Orders link
3. Query and select an order
4. Select the Cancel Order button, choose reason and comments



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the users cannot cancel any orders from iStore causing an inconvenience and confusion.
